Children's Yoga and Mindfulness with Thumbs Up Yoga
Description
Enjoy age-appropriate yoga poses and movements, including breath work, mindfulness, and dancing. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Each child attending must register prior to the program. Supported by the Havre de Grace Friends of HCPL.
