Public Hearings - Ordinance Nos. 1217 & 1218

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 17 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1217 & 1218. Ordinance No. 1217 – Amend Chapter 205 Zoning by adding new Article XI-A titled “Silver Housing Communities”. Ordinance No. 1218 – Amend Chapter 205 Zoning by adding new Article XIV titled “Development Rights and Responsibilities”. A copy of Ordinance Nos. 1217 & 1218 is available for review at City Hall or click the ordinance number above. The meeting may be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.com and click on the City YouTube Videos tab.  The video will be available to view on the website immediately following the meeting.
